In Morocco, dinner is served late (around 8-9 pm). So people eat a snack and one of my favorite snacks was a pizza with tuna that my grandmother used to prepare for me. She basically made pizza out of puff pastry, home made tomato sauce, caramelized onions, tuna, black olives, and cheese! The best part if you can prepare this pizza in different sizes (large pie or individual portions) and freeze them for up to 2 months. You only have to pop the pizza in the oven right before serving. Enjoy!
